The Community Assessment Service Center (CASC) utilizes a clinical computerized tool to assess for alcohol and drug use/abuse; accepts court referrals; provides assessments and outpatient treatment to co-occuring clients; provides outpatient treatment to Proposition 36 clients; and makes referrals and placements to residential treatment, sober living and transitional housing.
