CALIFORNIA ACCESS TO RECOVERY EFFORT (CARE)
CARE operates by providing vouchers for treatment and recovery support services to substance abusing youth ages 12.20. Services include comprehensive assessment, case management, outpatient & residential treatment. Recovery support includes vocational and educational support, mentoring, spiritual coaching, childcare and transportation.
