R-ICMS provides a comprehensive reentry case management support model that improves health outcomes and reduces the recidivism rate for Justice-Involved individuals in Los Angeles County.
Developing Opportunity and Offering
Re-entry Solutions (DOORS)
In a partnership with Los Angeles County Probation, DOORS Housing Navigation providers services and housing linkages to adult felony probationers. These services help reduce recidivism rates and the assist in removing some of the social barriers to probationers being successful.
